At The Wakaya Club & Spa, the experience of joining two lives is celebrated with simplicity and elegance that honors the meaning of the day. The focus is on you and absolutely nothing gets in the way.

The Ceremony
Picturesque perfection -
the Wakaya Church Wedding. This is the setting you’ve imagined—a small white
church with a steeple in a little corner of paradise.
The 19th century-style Wakaya Village Church,
with its exquisite wall hangings and stained glass
windows, is one of the most beautiful in all of
the islands—an intimate space of simple and
serene beauty.
Barefoot on the Beach - side by side you walk on woven grass mats to a
flower embellished archway at the water’s edge
framed by the limitless horizon of the South Pacific.
Here where blue sky melts into blue sea and become
one, you exchange vows and begin your married
life together.
Alternatively, the bride may be transported from her
beach-front bure, in a sedan chair carried by four
Fijian “warriors” to join her groom, who is awaiting
her under a floral archway on the the beach. Here they will exchange vows. This is what wedding
dreams are made of.
