Waidroka Bay Resort offers a serene, secluded, tranquil retreat to explore natures best, both above and below water. Waidroka Bay Surf & Dive Resort is located on the Coral Coast in the midst of the rain forest right on the beach. Waidroka offers Surfing and Scuba Diving to breath taking breaks and reefs including the world famous 'Frigates' for surfing and 'Beqa Reef' offering the most spectacular diving. Other activities: sport fishing, game fishing, snorkeling, reef walking, rainforest hiking, bird watching and kayaking.

Lodge Room
Our Lodge Rooms have a double bed and a single bed, or three single beds, standup fan, and a table. The dorm and lodge rooms share hot water showers, toilets, and sinks.

Dormitory
A popular accommodation for the more budget conscious traveler -- located at the Resort next to the famous Waidroka Creek, which flows through Waidroka Bay Resort into the sea. The Dorm is built in Fijian style and is located within it's own complex with all necessary facilities. Our Dorm holds 11 single beds and has two standup fans. The dorm and lodge rooms share hot water showers, toilets, and sinks.

RESTAURANT/BAR
Enjoy drinks in the evening in a relaxed atmosphere in our own bar, complete with pool table, music, film library and games. Our menu offers breakfast, lunch and dinner with most menu items available around the clock. Local Fijian cuisine, fresh fish, BBQ nights and Fijian 'Lovo' (Fijian style BBQ cooked in an 'earth-oven'). Our breakfast prepares you well for a day of activities with lots of fresh local fruit. SURFING
The only main island resort that runs surf trips to "World Famous Frigate's" and is the only resort that surfs "World Famous Pipe", "Mata Point", "Resorts Left", "Serua Rights", "Vunaniu Rights" and "Black Rock". If you like variety of un-crowded waves (three lefts, four rights), the Waidroka Bay Resort is for you!
"Fiji Explorer" or "Stingray" is used for trips to Frigates.

Fiji Explorer is a 30-foot catamaran style boat. It has a full roof, padded seats, and a toilet. Stingray is a brand new aluminum mono-hull with a 30-foot roof. The trip to World Famous Frigate's takes approximately 30 minutes and you travel in comfort. The boat remains with you while you enjoy "World Class Waves" at one of the best surf breaks (long never-ending left) in the world. Between sets you can relax in the shaded comfort of the Fiji Explorer, and enjoy lunch, snacks and drinks.

The boat trips "World Famous Pipe" (one of the best left 'barrels' in the world), "Mata Point", "Resorts Left", "Serua Rights", "Vunaniu Rights", and "Black Rock" take 5-10 minutes. The boat remains with you while you enjoy the waves.

DIVING
Waidroka Bay Resort has it's own 'Dive Center' with continuously checked and well maintained equipment for groups up to 20 divers at a time being able to perform 2 -3 dives a day immediately outside the resort reef, or a short boat-ride away towards the world- famous 'Beqa Lagoon' or 'Beqa Passage'. PADI dive instructors are of highest standards, know the specific dive spots better than anyone, ensuring a great experience for all levels of divers.

Fantastic World Class Scuba Diving & Snorkeling at World Famous 'Beqa Passage' and 'Beqa Lagoon' in clear warm water just minutes from our shore. Come explorer our abundant and unspoiled hard and soft corals and brilliantly colored walls. Whether diving through passages, caves, clearings, or the wreck of the ‘Tasu No.2’ with visibility ranging from 50 to 150 feet you will have the opportunity to view sleeping sharks, rays, turtles, dolphins, and an incredible variety of fish.
