feet. We have many amenities available and
offer the only hydro room
in Fiji and the greater South Pacific region.
The hydro room is a free service to all in-
house guests.
Constructed from native palm wood, rock and palm thatch, the 10,000 sf spa summons. Its rooftop, painstakingly woven by locals, astounds. Inside, wood floors exposed beams, native flora, and walls of windows look to the sea. Arching bridges span a trickling stream, flowing through the entrance and returning to the forest.
The spa features two treatment rooms with garden views, two with ocean, a consultation lounge, foot soak and massage lounge, and manicure/pedicure room. The expansive hydro-aromatherapy area with hot tubs, steam room, plunge pool and waterfall dipping pool boasts dreamy views of the Koro Sea, while its blowhole remains the focal point.

Thai Coconut Scrub
This uplifting and invigorating tropical treatment includes a full body coconut scrub infused with Lemongrass. A perfect treatment to hydrate your skin as this will nourish and soften with the healing qualities of coconut. It will include a JAMU Balinese massage with your choice of aromatherapy oil to complement your scrub. $239.00 FJD
Bali Spice® Ritual
Using the traditional blend from Balinese villages a recipe of ginger, clove and spices is applied to your body as a mask. This body mask will aid in detoxification by stimulating digestion along with easing congestion in aching joints and muscles by promoting circulation. Whilst your body is warmed with the mask you will receive a JAMU Balinese massage. This treatment is also essential if you have jet-lag. $298 FJD
Cagi ("Thangi") "Air Balancing" Treatment
If you're feeling scattered, this treatment can lend a sense of grounding to the body and spirit. The Cagi starts with gentle exfoliation and soft body brushing. Hot stone therapy follows along with a full body massage of your choice. Finally, your body will be painted with warm herbal clay and enveloped in an herbal steam treatment. $554.00 FJD
BODY TREATMENTS
Dakini "Air Balancing: If
you're feeling scattered, this treatment can lend a sense of
grounding to the mind and body. Dakini starts with gentle exfoliation
and soft body brushing. Hot stone therapy follows along with
a full-body massage of your choice. Finally, your body will
be painted with warm herbal clay and enveloped in a relaxing
steam treatment.
FACIALS
Savasava:
This quick, in-depth cleanse of the face is designed to release impurities. The Savasava is a more clinical treatment including exfoliation and light extractions to assist the skin in returning to its natural state of balance: clean and renewed. (Major extractions are not recommended in this climate due to slow healing) $145 FJD
YanuYanu: The Yanuyanu facial uses fresh ingredients from Namale and around Fiji to gently exfoliate, cleanse and moisturize the skin. Also included is soothing facial, neck and shoulder massage as well as the Namale Scalp Treatment to release stress. During your masking your hands and feet will enjoy the benefits of Reflexology massage. This facial can be tailored to be deep cleansing. $230 FJD

Gain unlimited use of our Hydrotherapy Room as you enjoy the sensations of pampering yourself with water. Feel your everyday stresses and melt away in the luxuriating sauna. Feel the warmth of the Jacuzzi® free your mind of worries, experience the rejuvenating effects of the waterfall, or simply indulge in the pleasure of the aromatherapy baths. TIPS:
Drink Water
Drink plenty of water before, during and after your visit. It hydrates the body tissues on a cellular level, prompting the system to cleanse itself and function with fluidity.
Take Your Time
Visiting the Spa and Sanctuary means taking time out to unwind before your appointment, as it will make your visit more pleasant and beneficial. To give you sufficient time to change, shower and use the sauna room, arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We provide a robe, towel and locker, and while all of our therapists are skilled in proper draping procedures, you may wear your own undergarments during treatments.
