Fijian warriors (2) and bridesmaid in traditional Fijian costume escort the bride. Beautiful tropical orchid bouquet & matching buttonhole, staff choir, video, photographer, champagne dinner for two - our wedding co-ordinator arranges everything for you, all you have to do is be there.

Wedding Licence
The following documentation is required by Fiji law for those wishing to marry in the Fiji Islands:

On arrival into Nadi or Lautoka pax need to obtain a licence to marry, this takes about 10 minutes and pax need to go to the District Office at either Nadi or Lautoka, these offices are open from 0800 – 1300, 1400 – 1600 Monday to Friday. They are closed on weekends and Public Holidays. The cost is approximately FJD$20.00 plus transport and not included in the Wedding Package.
If required pax can call in at the Matamanoa Island Airport Office, situated on the first floor, arrival concourse at Nadi International Airport – either Taka or Philly can assist pax with arrangements to obtain their wedding licence.
Our Airport Office is open from 0800 – 1700 Monday through to Friday and 0800 – 1500 on Saturday, the office is closed on Sunday & Public Holidays.
Wedding Minister or Marriage Celebrant
Matamanoa Island uses the services of a Wedding Minister in their standard wedding package, should you choose a Marriage Celebrant, then you would be required to pay his return transfers to the Island, his accommodation (if required) and meals.
Wedding Venues
You can choose to be married Poolside or Deckside.
On the beach – the wedding arch is placed on the western side of the beach so as to capitalize on the sunset.
In the Bure, either on the patio or in front of the Bure, again the wedding arch is placed at the venue.
Wedding Vows
Standard Wedding Vows are used, however pax may wish to write their own – please fax minimum one week prior to arrival on + 679 6661 069
Wedding Guests
Matamanoa Island does not accept groups due to the small size of the Island, a maximum of combination 5 Bures/Rooms = 10 pax can be booked for a wedding.
