Moana House is settled on a hill overlooking the Pacific Ocean. There are wonderful white beaches only 300 meters away. The property is 35000 sq.m, the size of the house: living area in the first floor 300sq.m, the basement covers also 300 sq.m (here are two studios, a storage, garage and a fully equiped laundry room with two washing machines and an ironing table)

Living room (50 sq.m) three bedrooms, fully self-contained kitchen, bar, two bathrooms, study, a huge veranda with a 180 degree panoramic view facing the Koro Sea. Refrigerators, stoves and the warm water heating system are operated with gas, a diesel generator supplies electricity in the evening or when ever its needed.

We recommend renting a car to be mobile, to do the shopping etc.(there is a good variety of supermarkets, restaurants, shops, petrol stations etc. in Savusavu, also a hospital).

Activities
Swim, snorkel and dive in the lagoon and at the house reef (3 dive operators are just around the corner). Tennis, horseriding, golf, reef and deep sea fishing is available, bushwalking to tropical waterfalls (just 20 minutes away from the house), mountain biking (rental bikes cost you US$10 per day), beach tennis, frisbee fun or searching for the most beautiful shells you have ever seen, and, and, and...

Dining:
Meals and drinks are not included in the rental price. But a Chef who does all the cooking can be arranged on request. The guests are welcome to pick fruits for their own benefit (bananas, pawpaws, mangos, avocados, coconuts, sugar cane, citrus and pineapples).
